Pelco 3 offers installment payment for August bill

APALIT The Pampanga Electric Cooperative III (Pelco-3) offers an installment payment system to its consumers for their August bill.

Pelco-3 chief executive Elizabeth Urbano said consumers can spread their August bill payment over September and October.

No interest charges will be added to said electricity bill, Urbano added.

She also clarified that no disconnection activity will be carried out with consumers who will not be able to pay the bill until October.

Pelco 3 said the payment system aims to offset the high electricity rate during August.

The tariff of 15.8090 pesos per kilowatt hour has become a subject of consumer complaints due to its great disparity with other electric service providers in other cities.

Pelco 3 serves the town of Sto. Tomas, Minalin, San Simon, Apalit, Macabebe and Masantol.
