Non-payment of fines, speeding and other recent court cases from Hartlepool

Lynsey Armani Roberts39, of Lake View, Station Town, received three penalty points on her driving license and was ordered to pay a £60 fine, £34 victim fine surcharge and £85 prosecution costs after it was proven in her absence that she was guilty of speeding on the A19 on 4 August.

Michel David Boocock46, of Mildenhall Close, Hartlepool, received six penalty points on his driving license and was ordered to pay a £115 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after he admitted using a mobile phone while driving on August 9.

Dean Brian Bond35, of Brougham Terrace, Hartlepool, was fined £40 after admitting one count of failing to comply with supervision requirements after his release from prison.

Ryan Stokell, 19, of Uppingham Street, Hartlepool, was ordered to pay £307.90 compensation after admitting two counts of theft of confectionery and one of theft of kitchen appliances between March 3 and 13.

Ali Heidari47, of Rydal Street, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for eight months and ordered to pay a fine of £120, a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85 after being found guilty in his absence of not having identified a driver suspected of having committed an offence.

Iqbal Rasul52, of Tankerville Street, Hartlepool, received six penalty points on his driving license and was ordered to pay a £120 fine, £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs after being found guilty of speeding on August 15.

Michel Kenneth Wilson39, of Dent Street, Hartlepool, was jailed for eight days, to run alongside an existing sentence, for defaulting on £287.77 in fines imposed on September 15.
