NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) – Metro Water Services on Tuesday announced new payment options for customers to make payments easier to interact with and more efficient.
MWS officials said they have partnered with InvoiceCloud to provide the ability to make secure payments via SMS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo, in addition to previously provided credit card options. by the city.
InvoiceCloud is an EngageSmart solution for online bill payment services, according to MWS. However, customers will still have the free service option to pay online via eCheck.
MWS said that by having incorporated these convenient new payment options, they will be able to better serve the needs of Nashville’s diverse and tech-savvy population. Customers will also be able to sign up for paperless billing or SMS notifications through the new app.
“Our goal is to provide customers with a convenient payment experience tailored to their needs, and InvoiceCloud helps us do just that,” said Shannon Frye, deputy director of Metro Water Services. “With InvoiceCloud’s secure and convenient portal, we are confident that customers will be much happier with the overall experience.”
Customers will continue to access previous payment methods such as automatic bank drafts, self-service kiosks, mail and telephone payments.
