MEA offers convenient online payments

As part of its relief from electricity customers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, all users (except temporary users, government and public bodies) now have the right to register to perform regular installment payments through online platforms, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the MEA.

Instructions for online installment payment as follows:

  1. Sign up for payment facility on https://eservice.mea.or.th/meaeservice/
  2. MEA examines user information and sends approval result to user via SMS
  3. User is required to accept MEA terms and conditions before proceeding with activation

Registered users are required to prepare the following documents;

Individual users

Legal entity

  • Copy of the registration of the legal person with the company stamp, not exceeding 1 month after issuance
  • Copy of the identity card of the authorized person
  • Copy of the representative’s identity card
  • Proxy

Users who wish to register for the payment installer can contact their local MEA office during business hours (7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.). Remember to provide the utility bill and required documents and submit them to the MEA finance department in your area.

Users can make payments at Lotus, 7-Eleven and CenPay at any branch of Tops Supermarket, Family Mart and Central Food Hall or other payment points as well as electronic payment channels, payable with Mastercard or MEA Smart Life Application and MEA e-Service: https://eservice.mea.or.th 24 hours
