Bestpass launches new citation payment service

Bestpass announced this week an expansion of its service capabilities outside of toll management with the launch of a new product, Quote Payment Services, which will help fleets simplify the payment process and identify opportunities. training fleet employees who receive multiple citations.

Long-time Bestpass customer National Seating & Mobility piloted the new citation service. “Adding quote payment services further simplifies paying for the costs associated with managing a large fleet of vehicles,” said Charlie Capps, fleet manager at National Seating & Mobility. “Bestpass simplifies the management of ticket payments so I can focus on optimizing the performance of my fleet.”

Bestpass already offers toll violation management, but the addition of quote payment services will give customers a full view of the hidden costs of operating their fleets. Citations are a written record of something an individual has done wrong while driving their vehicle on the road or while it’s parked, and many cities send them out in the mail after a camera records an infraction.

The new citation payment service will allow Bestpass customers to upload their citations to the Bestpass portal. From there, they will have a complete view of a vehicle and the costs associated with it. When sending the monthly statement, customers will receive summaries of all quotes and the cost per vehicle for tolls and quotes.

“We are incredibly excited to launch this new service to our customers,” said Tom Fogarty, CEO of Bestpass. “Service fleets with multiple vehicles on the road know the headache of managing all the bills. Having a place where they can see payments and ensure all payments are made on time is important, saving fleets time and helping them understand the costs associated with running a fleet.

With over 20,000 customers and having processed over $1.2 billion in toll transactions in the United States and Canada, Bestpass ensures data accuracy, consolidates payments, and saves time and money to users.
