The payment of a gross dividend of €0.03 per share for the 2021 financial year, to be paid on June 22, 2022.
The new compensation policy, centered on performance, as well as the Group’s commitments in terms of sustainable development.
The terms and conditions of the Group’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), in accordance with article 7:89/1, §3 of the Companies and Associations Code.
