Default Stage I MPG

I just went through my first tank full of gas after my Stage I install on my 5-speed and I got a little over 23 mpg. That's with small town, country highway and freeway driving. It will take a few more tanks of gas before I know just how much mpg I lost after the install. Right now it looks like 1 mpg.

I know you are saying that your fuel economy has dipped to 23mpg.......but I'm not sure if my Turbo has ever come close to that ! I seem to usually end up around 18 mpg and that is driving with a , somewhat heavy foot. The other part to this comment is that , here in Ontario ( Canada ), every time some one burps, the price of gas goes through the roof. I use Sunoco Ultra which is 94 octane and it is usually around 85 cents a litre.
Doing the math......that is about $3.80 a gallon !!!!! Our gutless politition's say they are looking into the price gouging ( spelling).
to see if it exists ! That was about a thousand years ago and the price keeps going up. A few weeks ago, it reached 90 cents for regular.......which puts Ultra at around $1.00 a litre. ( $4.50 a gl.)
Boy, I can hardly wait for the results of their investigation ! What a bunch of donkeys !!
