Did not know that. I know the GT, and the Dream Series 1, had MORE openings in teh lower fascia, did not know that it was actually lower.

I was concerned that people would think that the GT was lower due to the 50 series (17" rims) wheels/tires. The overall delta between the 215 50 17 and the 205 55 16 is negligible.

Thanks- learnt something new today. Well- I learnt NOT to stare at a particular lady today on the train too, but that's for another day.

the lower fascia has a fuller chin to make room for the intercooler...more likely to scrape, esp if lowered.

I have G-Force springs on mine and they lowered the car by
1 3/8 " on all corners. The only thing I had to do was to cut around one inch or so off the rear axle stops. When the vehicle was first lowered, it didn't take much deflection to hit the stops.
Since cutting them......all is well !! I have had tons of compliments on how the PT looks lowered !! p.s. the stops are very easy to cut since they seem to be made of a high density foam - a 6" utility knife blade without the holder ( just blade) works well - just keep the pinkies out of the way !!!! - a hacksaw blade may be a safer alternative.

Thanks for the post. The G Force springs are inexpensive and come with the camber bolt. I'll be buying them soon. Thanks for the info about the rear stops.

same height as the Dream Cruiser 1

I lowered my Dreamer 2 inches with ground force springs

and also lost at least another inch with Xenon skirts.
I don't drive either or rough roads or in the winter
