Default Stage I Installed

I had the Stage I installed today on my GT at Beaverton Chrysler. All I can say is WOW! Mean Green literally screams down the road now. I have to be careful in first gear as it is so easy to burn rubber down the road. There is more power at 1/2 throttle and especially WOT (wide open throttle). The sound is throatier, deeper coming out of my BTG exhaust. The exhaust really pops when I downshift now, really sounds like I'm running a straight pipe. I'm very happy with this upgrade!

Tom,
Did you have them install the Mopar BOV also...if not your going to REALLY love it after that!
We should meet in Woodburn for a day and thrash our cars at the track, the last time I was there I ran a 14.64 at 95 MPH with the addition of a MBC. I'd like to see how the cars run with Stage 1 for a comparison.

I have a HKS SSQ BOV that I installed. I've had it for a few months and love it. Don't think the track is in my future. My GT is my daily driver and if I thrashed it my wife would thrash me. I would like to see you run your vette sometime though.

We ran the Vette at Madras yesterday as I'm trying to sell it and need as much exposer as possible. There was a bright red SRT4 there for the compact car race, beautiful car but no Stage 1 as yet. If I hadn't just bought my Cruiser I think a SRT4 would have been the next best thing going. I'll drop you an E-mail the next time we plan on going to Woodburn to burn a few pounds of nitrous

Any one out there know the difference between the factory injectors and the Stage 1 injectors for working pressures or volume difference ? I know the computer is probably doing most of the work, but it would be interesting to know the diff. for the injectors.

I *really* can't wait to see what kind of numbers the stage 2 setup puts down.

Stage 2 sounds nice, but that last part with the water spray for the intercooler seems like it is just for the cool factor. Autoweek has done write ups on both the EVO and the WRX STi, both had the intercoooler sprayers, and they said they didnt notice any performance difference with or with out using it. but besides that, i am sure stage 2 will be a blast
