Default More info as to the "Flamed PT Give-away from Chrysler Dealerships"

Hello everyone!

This is MotorCityToyz with some updated news concerning the
Flamed PT Cruiser toy that is "FREE" with an oil change, new battery or wiper blades purchase.

The company handling this program is Young America Fulfillment. They are doing all the dropshipments.
But the parent company that has contracted them to do this is Imperial Marketing from Southfield, Michigan. They
are doing this program with Mopar.

My contact within Maisto says that 100,000 pcs of each vehicle
were ordered. Maisto is doing the PT Cruiser, Jeep Liberty and the Dodge Ram Quad-Cab.

The PT Cruiser WILL have the Flames as pictured in advertisement. The Flames are the same as they are from the dealership on the 2002 PT Cruiser's.

Hope this helps...I have copies of the advertisements and will share them soon! Good Night!

Just wondering what size the PT toy is MotorCity...
1/64 or larger?
Thanx for the heads-up!

Lightbulb Scale of Flamed PT Cruiser from Dealership???

Pop,

I was not able to confirm the scale (size) of the Flamed PT Cruiser give-away from my inside source at Maisto.

I believe due to the cost of the product from Maisto that the 1:39th scale would be the right choice.
But, I sure would like to open my mailbox soon and find a 1:18th
scale Flamed PT Cruiser inside!

Anyway, I will try to get this info and pass it along.

Thanks!

PS Looking forward to meeting everyone at CTFII...

Thanx for chexing...
Now if DC would only send all of us early buyers a 1/6 flamed PT for getting an oil change, that would be awesome.
Yeah, rite.
So we're gonna see ya @ the Falls, eh?
Cool!

The head of the service department at the dealer where I bought my PT has one. Definitely bigger than 1:64 and smaller than a 1:24. 1:39 would be about right.

The guy is a collector so he wouldn't just give it to me even though his paint shop has been holding my cruiser captive since December!
