There are 3 variations of each car.............plastic wheel,Realwheel (realistic rubber tires)and White Lightning (white bottom with gold plated wheels) regular issue has black bottom.

I bought a complete set of the plastic tire cars for $20 off eBay, so that's not bad. They're really cool. Then I got the red flamed PT with 5 spokes with real tires. I currently have bids in on several white lightnings. Those are easy to spot because they have GOLD wheels.....( funny they aren't white, but , OK ).

The bottoms are white..So that makes them easier to spot.
I just bought a case(12) of them from Toys R Us. Looked through it and found out that about half are rubber tires. No Whites though
They are pretty cool looking though...
