Sorry to hear about the hassles Rachel. I guess KMart will be getting a b*tt reaming from the watchdog group real soon. One would think the buyers from KMart would first ask the manufacturer for licensing proof before they start stocking their stores with said product.

given that it looks exactly like a PT, shouldn't DC be going after the manufacturers of the slippers? Even if they don't call it PT, isn't this the infamous use of the "image", etc.?

they should have just warned you to change your listing before cancelling it outright. what a bunch of jerks.

I agree...complete BS!! But PLEASE people, since I can NOT able to edit my prior post that accidentally included his work email, will you all NOT email this guy. He's RATHER annoyed with emails he's getting & has contacted me in regards to removing his email address.

contact the Admin - he can modify the post for you (or allow you to modify it even though time has elapsed).

As for posting a pic- The first post has an attachment. That's a pic of the slippers. It's called "polished billet" because that's the folder I have it in on my 'puter.......
