Not sure, I rarely go there and wouldn't have thought they would have this sort of goodies. They may have the 1/6 in store but the 1/32 show up in the cart as "factory ship".

I saw the 1/32 on ebay for $21.99+$7 ship and didn't know if it was a good deal or not. Did a search for them and was quite surprised to see Penney's on the match list. There were very few matches for the 1/32 so figured I'd go with the Penney's since they had the 1/6 on sale as well, with free shipping it was the better deal even tho' I did have to pay sales tax.

I got the infrared PT about 6 or 7 months ago off e-bay for $19.
It works pretty good but it's not as fast as I had hoped it would be. The range of the controller/watch is also only about 10 feet.

Here's a few pics of mine.
