When you read the service manual, you will see that short and long term fuel trim is constantly updating the PCM's fuel curve strategy.
So, no, you so not need to perform a block learn.

Borla states that you should give your vehicle's computer around 800 miles to reach optimum performance after installing one of their systems. I have the single pipe single tip and it's a great set up.

Is there a FAQ or more information about how the computer works and what blocks are? I've got a Service Manual on order so if it's in there, I'll have it next week.
Thanks!
