We have tranny coolers on ours cars already. They seem to be pretty efficient and fit real well in the nook just below the condenser. Your option would be to get a larger cooler and actually put it in front of condensor (it may interfere with IC however) or run another inline TC and mount it on the frame somewhere.
I would like to see someone make an aluminum spacer block for the 41TE pan to extend the pan down and increase the tranny's fluid capacity. This extra fluid should help it run a little cooler.
