Default Questions

Felow PT'ers, I have a few questions for you guys. I have to make an appointment to have my PT detailed (was a 2nd wedding anniversary gift from my wife) and I'm thinking about having the dealer do one of three things while they have it.
What I'm thinking is having them install the header I purchased, and I have questions/concerns. 1) Anybody know the going rate for a header install (MX-5?) and 2) Anybody think they will give me flack in the old warranty department if I have them do it??
If I can get an underdrive pulley in time w/belts I may have that done at the same time - again, the same questions above apply.
Am I to understand a synthetic trans change w/filter is $150?? Getting close to 30,000 miles, but this may wait a little longer.

Thanks guys & gals!!

The standard labor guide shows exactly 2.0 hours for exhaust manifold replacement.
I would expect to add between 1/4 & 1/2 hour to fabricate the heat shields to fit the aftermarket header.

Install would be $119.05 at my shop.
YMMV

YMMV
Your Mileage May Vary.

Although I quoted 2.5 hours at my shop rate, other places may charge more for their labor.
I am the lowest in my area.

Cost me a PC game for my buddies time
