Default Challenge: GT Strut tower bar

I will buy a strut tower bar from the first vender that can show me some ACTUAL PICTURES of a bar mounted on a GT.

This is my challenge. Put up OR SHUT UP!!! I'm tired of hearing about the bars being available but NOBODY has a picture.

DO I HEAR A SECOND ON THIS????

I think you'll be damn lucky to get a bar to fit the GT or a manufacturer to actually make a bracket to hold the solenoids and hold the cruise vacuum . That's the reason I cut my own if I hadn't I'd still be in "your" shoes. No matter who makes the bar it's gonna require extra tooling therefore extra cost for basically a low volume market . I understand your hesitance to do what I've done , but really think it'll be a long wait ,if ever for someone to actually make a bar for the GT .

That's the problem man! They already make the bar and bracket combo for the GT. All I want is to SEE ONE before I BUY ONE!!!!!!

Then contact the manufacturer , if they can't give you photo proof it's just a ruse !

I sent an email to Freedom Design asking for a picture. It is interesting that they list a model for the GT but the picture is of a non-turbo.

Look for yourself:

I also have bben in contact with moss motors, first they denied the had one, i had to post the link to it on THEIR webpage.

I asked for a photo of it installed on a GT, they couldn't provide one, but told me, if they list it, there must be one.

Freedom Design emailed me back and they are looking for a picture for me.

This is the weirdest thing I've ever seen or heard of . . .

Companies selling a product without even having a picture of it mounted on a car.

Has anyone else seen (or not seen, in this case) anything like this before???????

I have seen it all the time.... Just about any on line catalog will have 1 pic and 23 given applications even though they are not identical. It saves time and money. A example if forward controols for motorcycles. Almost every bike, even from the same nanufacture ) takes a difrent bolt patern but when you go to see a picture they only shou 1 left and 1 right, or even only the left alone. The pics are ment to be a representation of the part. not a visual referance for all applications.

like here... http://www.jpcycles.com/shop/group.a...2&DPID=0&site=
