Default Need help with Xenon lights

I purchased a pair of Xenon bulbs for my 2002 Cruiser. The performance store looked up the product number and gave me 9006. When I went to install them they were completly different. The original bulbs were straight while the Xenon had a 90 degree angle at the housing. I returned them to the store and they said oh Cruisers are different they have a custom bulb, therefore there is no Xenon bulb that will fit in them.

Is this true? I thought I've seen other cruisers with Xenon bulbs!

You can fit the 90 degree ones in just fine I did it yesterday. Just make sure you push the bulb in hard before you turn it. Also I took off the front inner fender guard just behind the light to give myself a little more room.
