Thanks Mark, good info. But as always when you learn something new it makes you question the plans you had. Do I go with the 2 1/2" or 3" on my turbo? Boy this is fun.

That' real good info and also supports "seat of the pants" changes that headers and exhaust systems give ! You might not see a change on dyno but you most definately have made a change in engine characteristics ( which is what you feel) .

I beleave the choice is whare you want the max torq. the bigger the pipe the higher up the rpm it goes. for a daily driver i would go with the 2 1/2. if it is a weekend warrior get the 3.

Exactly, Flashy. I've said a number of time in this forum that the header, performance exhaust, and cold air box on the PT Rod all made substantial differences in responsiveness and seat-of-the-pants performance and I was nipped a few time for saying so. Thanks for the link, Mark.
