Thumbs down 1-2 shift "Burble" with automatic FactoryTurbo

I know there has been a lot of attention lately on the 1-2 shift in the automatic units, pre 2003. I have a 2003 Turbo that runs well EXCEPT when we pull off from a standing start. Mine does GREAT until the "fart" at 5,500 rpm. At that point, it looses boost and gradually starts to really pull again as the boost catches back up. All other shifts are fine, right at 6,000 rpm. Need to make the 1-2 shift clean, even if it has to be at 5,500 rpm. It's killin' me! Almost got beat by a Volvo Turbo Wagon tonight!!!
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Joe

As I wrote in my 'shift burp' thread, there is not a control wire from the TCM to the PCM for the new 2003 computer. It looks like more and more TCM functions are being handled internally by the PCM.

Default Manual Boost Controller

While adding the manual boost controller doesn't fix the 1-2 shift burp, it does GREATLY reduce the effect. While to computer still pulls fuel, the boost stays there and this is no appreciable stumble felt as before. I LIKE IT!

I've noticed my blurp has almost completely gone away since adding the manual boost control...
