Question Synthetic gear lube in stick shift?

Anyone using this, and if so, any change noticed in shifting ease, whatever?

I ran into a problem doing that. I almost got my warrentee dropped.

It did not make sense but apparently Chyslers PT 5 sp can only used Chrysler fluid. because of the material used to coat the syncros. I finally had the Amsoil tech talked to the service manager. Amoil recomends their product called gear and case lube. The sevice manager went along with that. I had to have the Amsoil ATF flushed out. My warrentee is now intact
I had the case and gear lube put in.

The whole thing started when I went to the dealer having a hard time getting into reverse the service manager checked my fluid and the drama began

He is right don't use anything other than Chrysler approved fluids in anything other than the engine if you want to keep your warranty intact. Changing to anything else is at your own risk. For those of you that don't know I'm a retired Chrysler service manager
