Well check out some of the import stuff, mostly the Grrrrand Tourrrring stuff. They are pulling 90+bhp per litre meaning our PTee would have like 225 hp unaspirated. however these engines are designed from the GROUND UP for that kinda HP.
Time to swap for a Lexus or Acura engine? ![]()

Ahhh the "retna dyno", .... hard to calibrate, ... imposible to trust, and looks even faster, when you're being left in it's dust!
Poet!! .... To-BE, ..... or not to be, ..... the dyno answeres that question! Why is it that all the SC "braggers" not you Ram, ... the ones that tout all this HP and super fast times, .... never back it up with HONEST facts and numbers?! Bench HP, ... is all they do. They add up all the claimed HP improvements, from all the products they bolted on and actually expect the "collective, horsh!ttical-sum-total" ... to be anywhere near the reading on their calculator! Not even close. Somebody spend the $75 and have your freekin Whimple dyno tested and post the results. OR ... just run it through the 1/4 mile and stop by the truck scales and weigh the darn thing with you in it! ..... Then you can figure the HP from the MPH and weight .... and it is really accurate! If you can't break 100 mph, .. than you are not over 250 HP in a 3300 lb car with driver! and it doesn't matter if the tires slip or you get a bad reaction time, ... the MPH doesn't change much no matter how bad a start you get! ... as long as you go as hard as you can for that 1/4 mile. |
