Sorry Cool,
I was debating whether or not to link it, but I figured it would do more good then harm.
Didn't mean to bring back bad feelings

It's totally "cool" Ant. It was a learning process. Now I know more more than before. I was making light of the whole thing. No problems mate! It was just a clever Jedi Mind Trick

I haven't checked out the link yet but if it makes you guys feel a bit better one of the "Mopar Then" mags tech ed says in one e-mail answer
"......HP is torque times RPM. Oversimplified, the only way the HP can go up is if the RPM does, too.

HI coolZero, HOW DID YOU ATTACH THE HEAT WRAP TO THE HEADER? HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN RUNNING WITH THE HEAT WRAP, ANY PROBLEMS. I WAS THINKING MAYBE A COUPLE OF HOSE CLAMPS TO HOLD WRAP ON? I ORDERED A 50FTXIN ROLL TODAY, CERTAINLY DO NOT WANT TO FRY EVERYTHING UNDER THE HOOD.

It was a little tight but I started with each individual run that I could reach going from the engine towards the cat (as much as I could). Then I started from the cat and worked my way back up towards the engine until I coverd all the gaps. You dip the wrap in water (follow Instructions) you don't soak it just dip it. Now as for the sealer you can brush it on later but to get to the bottom your going to need to get it on jack stand or on a lift (if you have a bud who has one). I used a straight pin to hold the last part in place. Once the wrap "bakes" in it actually hardens like a ceramic. I've had mine in to 4 months and the temp is way, way better now. Also it has been raining like crazy here in Atlanta and this is my daily driver. The wrap is doing just find but it will eventually wear away and have to be replaced but just chek on it when ever you check oil, etc. Sorry for the delay in answering. Hey , one more thing you may want to get is the blanket, it is way easier to put on.

you don't need to make a mounting bracket for the hedman 4-2-1 hedder. I got my shield back on with very little difficultly. I just needed to bend it a little here & there & it bolted right in place like the stock one. I had to bent in the area near the O2 sensor because it was real closer to the sensor. I just used a BMF screwdriver to "tap" it down.

No rattles & once everything was put back together, you wouldn't even know it was there. looks very close to factory to the untrained eye.

I liked the tone it added to my BTG duals. seemed to deepen it a little without making it louder. I can't wait for snow to clear so I can really take it out for a run.

well snow cleared up enough to bark the tires on dry pavement.

I really like what it did for my auto tranny. Or should I say how it my responds to my gas pedal. She really goes now at lower RPM's. Seems less laggy now. This is what DC should have done from the start.

Car is at dealer now getting recall work done, I'm gona og in & see my salesman & give him a ride in it. Car is really starting to be REALLY FUN TO DRIVE

Lowering springs are next.

So what you are saying is when we add a free flow intake we are actually raising the RPM? The same with the exhaust? What about nitrous... does that add RPM?

you are adding torque, theoretically

HP=RPM*Torque(ft-lb)/5252

Just slightly way over simplified. ( For it as stated the "only" way........... )One can not be changed without effecting the otheres is true. but it is Effected not necesarily changed. When I was adding the blower to my Pro street blazer we dynoed a single plane and a dual plane intake. my torq changed but my HP stayed the same. I just wish i had run it on the Dyno with the blower.
