Cold Air Intake Question for Turbo

Howdy Folks,

I'm a new member--have just been reading and learning since ordering my 5-spd GT last month. I've been mapping out mods that I want to make, and I was wondering if you guys who've installed aftermarket turbos have any opinions on whether a cold-air intake and dual exhaust system offer a performance improvement for the turbo?

If the answer is yes, what ID should I be looking for in a catback to work most efficiently?
