Default Out of hibernation....

Spring is sprung, the grass is riz, I wonder where the PT's is???

Is it just me or are there more PTs on the road again? I have been noticing more and more PTs around - older, newer... everything! Last night on my way home from work, I was behind an 01/02, and there was another 01/02 turning! We all gave a smile and wave! It gave me a bit of a lift, especially with all the rumours/truths going around of the demise of the PT. ITS ALIVE!!!!! Long live the Cruiser.

I am now going to get ready to wash and wax the baby!! maybe I'll even dig out my "summer" taillights!! Whoo Hoo!

Happy Cruising all!!

Talking Re: Out of hibernation....

By me there and there and there. Lots of PT's, but sadly most are just driven and not loved like ours here. Its still fun to point hem out and see what year/body style it is. Also at night my wife and I have spot the PT by the headlights bouts.
It's kind of like playing for Pa-diddles.

Yep, between Nor Cal & Reno I saw TONS of PTs over the past 3 days!! Even saw a few that had a little bit of customization. I watch & see how many stock (or mostly stock) I see vs. obviously modded. Usually it's about 80:1.
Sure are a lot of them out there for them to think it's not a good seller!

Got my PT inspected so it's good to go for another year. I like turning heads when I drive down the road. Other PT drivers look and wave and even people I don't know wave at me.

Cruise in's start in May. On nice days when it's too cold to ride my motorcycle, I can now take my PT back out. It gets parked during the winter. Only has 54K on it.

Here's one with only about 5,000 miles on it. I bought it brand new last May.

Lol gotta love it. I saw a modded PT in the walmart parking lot yesterday and it made me grin from ear to ear. I also caught sight of an incredibly modded PT in NC a month ago.
Glad I'm not the only one who waves at every PT, either. They usually just stare at me lol.

Although all 3 of ours have been outside for the last several weeks, yesterday's temp got up to 60F, Lola's top came down, the rear windscreen went on and I got some fresh air on the way to work.
