We should do an "In Memory Of..." thread, this is really nice, beauty of a car and trailer combo... would be nice for us to have a sticky thread for remembrances of past friends and loved ones from the PT Community...

Great idea! A special thread for our friends who have passed on. Man, that car and trailer were awesome. Anyone know what happened to it?

Terri I believe that Mitch's son now has the PT, he may live in AZ

I wasn't sure if the thread should be for the PT owners and one for Cruisers too. I know of a couple Cool Cruisers that were really awesome but met sad endings on the highways. I am happy that Hudd's Cruiser is on the road to recovery. I have taken several thousand photos at PT events I would love to share them with other PTers

A memoriam section was included in the 2005 Custom Cruiser calendar, which payed tribute to Mitch and his car and trailer, Brian Wellard (Almond Lush) and his PT Rebel, as well as Bob "Def" Castrovana, Dennis "Cowboy" Imka, and Wendell Maners, all of whom we lost during 2004.

CTF4 was the first PT event that my wife and I attended (talk about an initiation!) and we were parked a few cars down the row from Mitch and his "Mini-Me". We were glad to have the opportunity to meet him and see his "creation" in person.

If we do a memorial thread we need to get DEF & JOEM up there for sure!!
That's a great PT/ Trailer combo. Sad to see that an obvious enthusiast was lost!

JoeM passed away (he had heart trouble). He emailed me one day & said he had gone to the doc, gotten bad news & he was leaving the forums. That was the last I heard from him even though I made repeated attempts to PM him here , his home email, & on the Dodge Truck forums. Sadly, someone here later found his obituary on a Sci-Fi page he did.
Joe's unique & sometimes gruff take is much missed, at least By me. *sniffle*
