That is the post I just made to the PTE front page...it appears that the latest rumors have some good and bad news for us PT folks. Good:
I'm sure Chrysler's product planners check the online communities from time to time, so I'll post a poll here for you all to put in your vote. Also, I'd suggest you all visit Chrysler.com and use their 'contact us' (look toward the bottom of the page) and let them know, in no uncertain terms how important the retro styling of the PT Cruiser is to you and how it would impact your willingness to buy the next version of the PT Cruiser. With 2 years between now and the launch, there is still time to let them know and for them to make changes...let's get on it!

Come on DC....why give up on the concept of the PT, when it is your most successful model to sell!!!! Nobody is buying Jeeps anymore. It seems more we scream and holler, the more they back away.

Turbo,
The person writing that comment is just a reporter. The other two comments (#2. and # 4.) are from someone at The Chrysler Group so it may not mean anything. If you read the last post (#4)...the Chrysler guy says that NO Such talk about the Patrio Panel have been discussed TO DATE. Now does that mean that they may well talk about it in the near future? I guess we shall see.

"New PT as a 2010 model" !!!
Those turkeys. '06 was a very mild face-lift. Hope they put the PT on a diet...
