Default Do you like.... Chrome? (pic)

Here's what I've done to my PT recently, received many favourable comments on my new Chrome fender flares. A bit of a pain to put on, but they look darn good in person! Has anyone else done this?

(Sean, this one's for you duude! Did you do yours yet?)

You can't have enough chrome on these babies! I'll bet you've only started the process, but beware of the chrome tires. It makes for a bumpy ride.

I've heard of the crimping angle problems with the installation. Here's hoping that your fingers are still intact!

I wouldn't bet on that, but
the flares really accent the
chrome wheels nicely.

I agree. The chrome looks good on PT.

I'm taking the aluminum gas tank door (that was suppose to be highly polished) to be chromed tomorrow. Plus the end caps for my cut outs are also cast and I'm having them chromed as well.

wise *sses! Wifey bought ME a pair in February!! SO there!
>( Besides, it was that LARGE remote that I found- she is resting comfortably in the living room.

I tried to dry-fit my set (they are from ExoticWoodDash Co.), and there is NO way they will fit, without massive surgery. I was actually on the horn tonite with them, they admitted a few were built bad, asked me to send to Buffalo for exchange, then silence! The phone went dead. Called back, they said OOPS, BUT since they are older then 30 days, NO REFUND FOR ME!!

He also said that you have to toe-nail the screws in- NOT a clean fit to the wheel well lip!! (who wants a screw hole on the body face???)

He said NO REFUND (even though these are pristine, unused, still in their condom wrapping).

Tomorrow, and I will HATE to do this, I will ask him if he has ever heard of "Cruising the Falls" then mention a few things..... >>)

Trev- NO, I have not, not could not, instal these yet. Unless you know the trick sir
