Default Discolorization of window panels

I am on my fourth set of black glossy panels that separate the front / read doors and attached to the read doors. Chrysler has a bulletin #23-22-00 that calls for a special cleaner to eliminate the discolorization of the paint.
Has anyone else heard of this problem or has a correction?

This is caused from the mineral of hard water. the key is to keep these waxed at all time. If they have not been cleaned, use a cleaner wax like Zymol.
That should work.

I haven't had this problem at all. I did spring for the paint protection package at delivery though. Since these panels had the same treatment I would think that is why I haven't had this issue. Also my PT is 8 months old and lives outside (unfortunately). This leads me to conclude that you need to clean them thoroughly and then get a good protectant on them right away. NOT ARMOURALL!! Good Luck.
