Wouldn't change a thing. Glad I got a Shale Green since they only made them 1 year!

Maybe I wouldn't have ordered the chrome wheels and opted to go with something different than everyone else's.
I have the bike rack that fits into the hidden hitch...and don't use it! I'd try to sell it but it weighs abit, be expensive to ship, I think.

No, I took my time to get the vision of the PT extra's I wanted.. Just so I didn't do things I would regret. To see what was out there and what really worked with me and what my PT needs to do... Now it is the budget I haven't had to work with.. But the first thing I did was add a new shift-knob it looks good and feels good in hand.. And pedal covers which made the pedals bigger like the ones I had in my old truck that I was so used to.. And they don't get slippery when you have wet shoes... Take your time and find what you really like and will work with what you use your PT for...Then Go For it!!!

I agree. I should have kept my truck. That way, I could still haul stuff around and not worry about the paint job...

Cool

I waited exactly 11 months from order to delivery, so I had one year to think through my mods and therefore have nothing to regret. Being a conservative type who is cruisin' every day on my commute, my mods were deliberately a little understated.

As my signature will tell you, I've got the lighted flameball, flames on the hood (but sutble flames ;-) ), cd changer and rear step pad.

My favorite mod is changing the odometer from the number its got right now to the next one! Fortunately that mod won't invalidate the warranty until you've done it 36,000 times!

-2005 Midnight Blue PT GT 5-speed with all the options. Added a flameball and let 'er rip!

Embarassed to admit this but I probably would have changed the oil earlier than the recommended 3,000 miles. Probably should have performed the first oil change at 500 or 1,000 miles.

The only other thing is second thoughts (not regrets) about getting the sunroof. It just doesn't look right on the lighter colored Cruisers and I don't use it as much as I thought I would.

That's about it.

P.S. Get an extra key and program it (the chip in the key) in NOW. The Cruiser needs two valid keys to program in an extra key (procedure in owner's manual). If you get the extra key now, you can program it in yourself. If you lose a key, you have to pay the dealer to program it in for you.
