Na, na, na na, na!

Yeah, that's me all right. I'm going to print this and show it to
them.....in a few weeks. I need a BRAKE from going to the
service department.

Thanks,

Woog

Unfortunately, it's not unheard of. I've had a similar effect a few times, and I've also had the Cruiser roll about 3 inches after I've applied the p-brake, which is somewhat disconcerting. And, of course, no help from the dealer.

Yes, Woog, I've had the same problem. It's been so infrequent, and at such times that it didn't pose a problem, that I haven't asked the dealership about it. I plan to now, though. Thanks for the reminder.....

BTW, the dealer is going to fix the e-brake this Friday and
give me a complimentary loaner.
Thanks for the info.
I quoted from that link and backed 'em into the corner.

Have same problem here too!

Took it once to dealer regarding this issue and they didn't do anything so ... I just push the button in when raising.

Same here. I had the exact same problem with another Chrysler product--the handbrake lever would pull out too far and the emergency brake would fail at critical times. I learned to keep the button pushed in when pulling the handbrake and that solved the problem.
