Default Because life likes Irony

Well I finally got it, I ordered on May 18th, 2000 and last night I picked up my Shale Green 27G. I love it. I can't say it any better than that ( shall I compare thee to a summer's day....Editor).

The Irony? Well last night we got more snow than we have had all winter, and since I transfered my registration to my Cruiser I'm driving it into work. The car handles just fine in the snow. The problem is I get here to show my baby off and her front end is covered in salt, sand and that brown grime that gets thrown around in slushy weather. Which rapidly froze into brown iciles. C'est la vie right? If it gets above freezing I may borrow the power washer that maintenace has here.....

I was going to post pictures, there's not enough of the Green one's out there, but I think I'll wait until I can get her clean and keep her that way. ( she's a dirty girl Editor )

So to all those waiting - It is wonderful when you finally get it. We shouldn't have had to wait but it is so nice when the wait is over. If people want pictures let me know and I'll stick some up here when I get them.

Later....I've got to show her off some more.

Congratulations!! You must have been freaked out to drive your new baby in the snow the very first day! Must hurt your heart to see "her" so dirty but hey, she'll clean up just beautifully!
I'm so happy for you!!! Enjoy and watch out for the other guy out there. Some folks tend to drive too close as I'm sure you know. Cheers!

Congrats, Gloucester! Glad you didn't have to wait too long for the truck from Selkirk. Can't wait to see pics, and to see it for real at a NE meet in the spring.
C'mon, spring!!
