I very much miss my bike and know that this spring I will be getting the fever again to own one. My last bike was a 1985 Yamaha Virago 1000. Sold it 2 years ago. The previous bike was a 1981 Yamaha Midnight Maxim 650. Wish I still had that bike.

Thanks for the posts guys! I'm lookin for a "cruiser" bike myself. My idea would be to get a nice little bike trailer and tow the bike up to the foot hills of the Ozarks with the PT and unload and head into the hills untill I got to the Missouri line. No long Sturgis stuff, just short and sweet! Hogs are king, but I now have the PT to pay for, then....?

A midwest company Aluma Ltd. makes a all aluminum trailer with a 2000 pound capacity. It's deck is 5 feet x 8 feet with a ramp at the rear. The trailer weighs 275 pounds. This could be the way to haul your bike a stay under the 1000 pound tow rating of the PT.

I have a '92 Yamaha Seca II, which I was planning on selling once I received my PT. My wife decided that I wasn't allowed to get rid of the bike, since we only have a couple of payments left on it, and she knows how much I enjoy it.

I haven't been enjoying it a whole lot here recently though, I've been too busy enjoying my Cruiser!

We looked at a lot of trailers before deciding on this one. It was a little over $1000.00 with the tire upgrade. They have motorcycle brackets available. I made my own.Aluma Ltd web site with dealer listings is
