Default ANOTHER toy saved... I am so lucky

I called my loving, lovely wife today and was going to treat her to lunch. As luck would have it, she said not to come as she and her pals were having Swiss Chalet.

I guess she felt bad for me and sensing my let down, ALLOWED me to go to Wally World and gather the 1:10 remote that has illuded me so far. What a great lady.

Turning into Wally World, a BRINKS TRUCK overturned right in front of me - these are the armoured trucks that carry Candian pesos. Honestly, right in front of me... unbelievable really.

The men were all okay, but a few bags of money were scattered about. I helped the lads collect the bills ASAP since I know what kind of people live here (vultures!!).

They searched HIGH, I searched LOW. I even went down into a culvert to look. Guess what I found while I ws there??

As fate would have it, a 1:12 Panel Cruiser Monster Truck, BLUE AT THAT!! Unreal is all that I could think. Twice this has happened to me. I need to play the lottery I think.

Feeling bad for the poor toy, I washed it up, and decided to bring it back home. Poor little thing.

It is sitting beside me right now getting warm. I will give it a drink of battery juice in a bit. She is resting.

Lori- as a reward, the driver's gave me a cash reward and told me to "treat your wife to dinner" tonite. What nice men.

How about Chinese dear. You should be famished after such a hard day at work so leave everything to me tonight.

Hurry home, I miss you.

Wait a sec, this was a set up. You were hoping that I wouldn't meet up for lunch with you so you could go and scour the ditches or Walmart to find lost toys.

You are a sly one dear.

WOW..Kewl Seaner..
You got a BLUE One.
I didn't think thay had those in Blue.
I have my Silver one, Kevin has the Red one.
When do we meet for a Race?

Was it the same Price as Kevin's and mine?
I notice that yours is the Panel Cruiser where as ours is the PT Cruiser.

By the way, did you also get the 9.6V Battery Pack/Charger?

I wonder what other colours these come in?
Any ideas?

By the way, there are two speeds on these. I didn't know until Kevin told me. There is a switch on the rear bumper to make it go even faster than it already does. Pretty Neet Stuff.

Marc

Marc- this one is 1:12, not 1:10. A little smaller. Same 9.6V- it should scout. 2 speed, working shocks. 27 Mhz

Battery is charging. (need some 9V though)
