Well On MY PT.. the best mod would be Painted Bumpers and Mirrors and MUTH Turn Signals Mirrors.

I have too many to pick a favorite. The wood floor has probably been my most fun to show off and liked, but the painted dash and reupholsters seats are my favorite part.
I have some more things in work now which may take the cake.

Lowering springs.It gives the car a better "stance" and you don't see the big gap in the fender wells.
