im new to pt cruisers i currently have a 00 dodge intrepid i want to trade that in a pt turbo i have some questions first i know there are 2 turbo engines one with 180 hp and another with 220 the HO i want to know if i put a stage 1 on the 180 hp engine will it produce the 235 hp like that stage 1 upgrade says or is that just for the Ho engine. another thing is the stage 2 or stage 3 availbe yet if not when is it going to be released also what are the 1/4 miles times of a stock 180 hp turbo and a 220 Ho and what are the 2 with the stage one upgrade thanks alot

also the stock 180hp turbo runs on regular gas once you start adding to it will probably require high test.
TangerineDream has added the Stage 1 kit he could give you more info

Your best bet is to get what you want the first time. That is, get the warranted turbo power of the GT (and the very nice Getrag "rock crusher" manual tranny as well). I think you'll be happier in the long run.
