Default PT Convert to be available as rental

Here is an excerpt from an article in today's Detroit Free Press.
The article is about Chrysler's plans to put 8,000 loaded versions of new '04 vehicles into a dozen wealthy rental markets.

"As part of the rental program, about 5,000 redesigned Chrysler and Dodge minivans, 2,500 Chrysler 300 series sedans and 1,000 or so PT Cruiser convertibles will be shipped to Palm Springs, Dallas, Atlanta and other key locations early in the second quarter, Dilts said. The Dodge Magnum will participate in the program later this year.

Company officials hope the program will help provide early feedback on new vehicles, provide leads on potential customers and lift the overall impression of its vehicles."

Cool deal for those who live in those areas. Maybe someone can snag a PT Convertible rental for Foxylady.

That's exactly what I was thinking! Surely someone in Southern Ontario or one of the nearby states will be renting them! That would be perfect for Foxylady!!!!

Thumbs up Re: PT Convert to be available as rental

WOW, that's really interesting news. I would love to come to CTF4 in PT convertible. I would be such a show off
If anyone hears something about where they have them... I will be really thankful for information.

And thanks guys for thinking of me in PT convertible.
