Glad it finally got sorted out...but, yeah, that's a pretty obvious thing to check. I hope your Cruiser runs sweet and true now and doesn't require any more "diagnostic work" from that dealership.

Well, this must be a Chrysler theme...my "Check Engine" light kept coming on after my transmission rebuild. They could'nt find anything in the transmission and finally narrowed it down to the wiring harness on the front of the transmission. Seems that water was entering the intake scoop on the drivers side and somehow pooling there, causing increased moistrure and inducing an error code that read between the shifter and the transmission. After drilling a drain hole and cleaning and drying out the wiring harness, all is well.
