Default no PT since.....August 28th........:(

Well folks.....it's been in the shop for one month now and still no answers. I've gotten to the point where I don't even bother them. I'm just waiting it out and hopefully they'll call me soon with news.

I am giving them till the end of this week to get Angus fixed. If they fail....I start the ball rolling getting the PT replaced under the Arizona Lemon Laws. Now i'm not saying the PT is a bad car...so don't read into this post as if I am....I just think they should have been able to determine the problem and had it somewhat resolved by now.

PS: Anyone else wanna join my new Chrysler Pacifica club?? I will shut the club down once my PT is back on the road or I have a new one....but until then...as long as I'm driving a Pacifica....i may as well start a club

I don't know the Arizona lemon laws but in NJ its as follows:
-cannot have over 18000 miles
- more than 2 attemps to fix same problem
- 20 or more days out of service.
Good luck

Sorry to hear your PT is still not back to good health ! I was worried about Seven too..but.. a new battery, new cables and an immobilizer module fixed her right up.

Over a month! What the heck is wrong with it? That's really odd. They've had time to have factory reps in to look at it. Sorry to hear that.

Thanks for the reminder. Wowsers! That's a really, really screwy situation. Maybe the PT just has gremlins (WWII vintage, not the AMC or Joe Dante versions) in it. I'd have thought the dealer would have DC reps running around trying to crack the case. I hope it doesn't become a Lemon Law situation, but it just might.
