You need something on the hood and the forgotten roof. If you did the roof you'd be the first one Except for a couple with the carsen top. After spending all that money on vinyl flames and then changing over to air brushing .I'd go for the air brushing first.

Go #3. Stay traditional with flames. And maybe get 'em pinstriped.

I like #3..... BUT..... Since you already have the #7 flames I say you should just put them on. You will be surprised at how sparkly they are. The really look cool when sitting out in the sunlight. My purple ones get a lot of compliments. Save the money, use the ones you already have.... plus it will be easier to convince your wife to let you put them on if you tell her that you don't have to spend any more money.
![]() Here's a funny story. We were on our way out to dinner tonight when a black PT going the other direction stopped in the middle of the road and started waving like crazy for us to stop. After I stopped and rolled the windows down she yelled across all the traffic and wanted to know where she could get flames like ours. Crazy lady. ![]() By the way, do you also have the hood flames that match the #7 side flames?

I like 3 & REALLY like 6. Was gonna say 7, knowing you had it already...till I read that that wasn't the look you wanted. I , too, still have a set of these flames in black metallic & never used them. Mine are "stretched " a bit though... thought they'd look cool on the yellow Mustang, but got Veto-ed. Wonder if they'd fit a PT. Guess I'll have to drag therm outside & have a look.
I had them custom made by the people you & Jerry bought yours from. The metallic flake in these really IS trippy. Never before have I seen that type of flake in a vinyl. Usually they put it in paint. In fact, I just saw a mag cover where the "big" metallic flake look was coming back "in".
