You can remove the headrest cover from your car in about 15 minutes each. It does take a lot of pulling but its possible, then take it to a local embroidery shop and get a complete custom job. They have tons of fonts and computer generated logos/ designs they can use.
Then struggle to get the cover back on, it does take a bit longer but its worth the work for a Custom job. Just remember to take the headrest to them first when you get an estimate so they can mark where they will sew, then remove the cover to ensure its all straight.
I had both of mine done for $20 out the door.
The only down fall is if you plan on reselling the car you may lose somthing because no one may want yuor name if you use it. If its flames or something like that it could help.

Headrest Graphics Pictures

I had my headrests done 2 years ago. I don't think the young lady who did mine is in business any longer. However, I know that Ira Katz of PTWarehouse.com does this same application now.

Sounds like the biggest amount of work is getting the head rests off. Those sure look neat.
