Thumbs up L2P II- thanks all.

Cool!!

Thanks to Bill for pre-paying the field, Sharm for mapping out the routes, Kitty and Lori for prize donations, Larry (RADIOA) for the clings, Stu for the chilli and coals, Tarsi and Lori and Hydro John and Carol for running the raffle table, and for everyone else I might have missed.

I counted 56 PT's, plus 1 (Garf who showed up late) at the park, may have missed 3 I think. No Bubbles, but BLUE MEANIE showed up, that was neat.

$421 was raised by DONATIONS and RAFFLES. $96 was given back to Goldmember for the field fees, and $325 was given to Barb to buy groceries, and donate them to a London Foodbank at Thansgiving, Canadian one is Oct 13th. (who said EASTER!! )

Yosemite Sam donated a $100 credit for pin-stripping/ flames- the ticket is # 716, which was not claimed. Email me if you have that number. There is also watch I think, ladies. When I unpack, I'll get that number and post it.

Plaque Winners:

"CHOICE" (kid's choice, PT that they liked best), MATT (AirRide PT from Detroit)

"FAST TOY" (remote PT race), Dave King (KINGER), with a time of 10.26 seconds

"FURTHEST" (furthest), Dan (BLUEMEANIE) from Chicago!!

"SPOT" (spot award), Larry S (RADIOA) for the donation of the clings

"GLOW 1ST" (kid's choise for the glow show), Matt/Jacob (KDUDE) (they selected 3, Craig's, Matts (for the painted neon) and someone else's, forget who. Then they did eenie-meenie to decide a winner. They liked that Jacob matched his dad's car too with all the neons, a HUMAN glow show!!

Dinner was okay, mini-putt needed a sweep, not sure how the winery of Paris thing went, everyone survived so I guess it was okay, Cornmaze was a hoot! Yosemite Sam was really neat to watch also! WOW!

Thanks for coming.

Thanks Sean for putting this event on and all the people that helped him out

That's great about the DONATIONS money you came up with. Looks like it's going to a good cause.

I can't believe that no one clamied the Yoemite Sam raffle ticket. That is a good prize to win.

Dropped off the food and cash at the Byron Fire Station this morning.....the London Food Bank is not open on Sunday and the Fire Halls accepts the donations.

Nice folks and a good cause.

It is such a wonderful feeling to give to charity. Warms the heart. I can't believe with approximately 56 PTs that such a wonderful gift of food and so many dollars were donated to those who are less fortunate than us.

It's been said once and I will say it again. Thanks to those who drove to London for meet and greet. It was nice to see past friendships renew and new ones made.

All the best.

Well said Lori, it was really cool to see the surprised look on those firemen's faces when I handed over the cash.

They let me back up to the 'big' doors where the firetrucks call home and unlaoded the PT for me.

Thanks to everyone who made the donation possible !!!!

Sounds like a Great and Productive get together, Congratulations.

Had it been earlier in the year, I might have made an attempt to attend as I have friends in London and Area.
