I agree that it has become very slow trying to get into the forums. I used to have PTE set as my homepage, but have had to change that as it was taking so long, and often, numerous tries, just to get in. This seems to have started after the last time PTE went down for a couple of days.

Here's something to try. Make a link (or a favorite.... or have it be your homepage) and have it start out at the "Owner Discussion" section of the forums instead of at the "PT Forums" section. The load time is MUCH quicker..... don't know why.

My own experiance seems to be just the "main" forum page. I can into the individual forums quite easily, but the main page can be a real pain at times.

Depends on the time of day, I think it has more to do with the network routing.

The site is free, the information is not something that if done without is life threatening, but its done with a high quality and visually pleasant.
I see no point in complaining.
