It is not uncommon to have this, especially if the air has been damp and humid, and if there has been little airflow. The housings actually have an opening to release heat while the headlights are on. Damp air has access into that opening and can easily condense on the inside of the lense, if the conditions are right.

My advice- go for a LONG cruise, with the headlights on. That should heat the air inside, draw the humidity off the glass, and out the vent holes. Heck, I just got an itch to go for a cruise myself.

Cheers

I would check the light again, I have a 'cloud' in my lense but it is actually a reflection of light against the glass which has just fogged. Its not condensation.
