It's a stick-on (a very substantial stick-on) and you gotta use glue. Looks great, though.

But how do you get one. I went to their site ( I think) and it was in German which I can kind of, sort of navigate but couldn't find that center panel. I want one bad. Do you have a link or contact? Thanks.
