ANY good business, would NOT have lied as they've done here! Whether you come in letting them have it (as is deserved), or deal with them calmly, you should be slipped in IMMEDIATELY!
It's BAD business to have done what they did! Not to mention being inconvenienced by their actions by having to find time to do it again, and SOME businesses would put you on the back burner if you yelled at them for it??????????????
What are they, pouting little children or professionals?

Usually at a dealership, they're either underpaid mechanics or overpaid morons & service managers seem to have all progressed via the peter principle. I avoid them like the plague but when a visit is absolutely unavoidable, I never let the PnuT out of my sight.

Since you have the free oil changes, I wouldn't bail out on this delarer completely. I'd talk directly to the person who supervises the service manager about the lack of service and get that service performed. Then limit your visits to that dealer to the oil changes.
