Well, if you are ingenious, and fully recognize the unlimited capabilities of your cruiser, you improvise like Matt (Air Ride) and friends did.

I have been to lots of places where taking the seats out is not an option... ie. no grass....

I'd Do what I do at the 4th of July Parade. Park on the ground level of the parking garage with the car backed up to the road. Open the tailgate and use the cargo compartment as a seat. When Sparky the Firedog or Louie the Bowie Baysoxs mascot comes by, my son can climb over the rear seat and hide in the back.
