Sorry to hear about that. Seems they could have eliminated everything but the steering column and then let you have her while they ordered the parts. I guess they think a rental solves everything--they don't know folks really like their Cruiser and want to take them to cruises apparently.

By the way, what make of POS is your rental car?

Enterprise gave me this when I signed the rental agreement form (and yes the dealer is paying).
