Miss Ruby Big-Butt will turn 3 in April of next year but only needs 600 more miles to go over 36,000. It will definitely be in the next couple of weeks.

During the 3 years, I have NEVER had dealer intervention, but I wonder if I should before Sept. 19th! I do have a real small cloudy-paint spot on the roof, the emerg. brake doesn't catch 100% of the time when I park (this was a common prob. on the 2001 5 spd).

I have never had a motor or fit problem, no emblem ever fell off, tires are FINE (yes, Goodyear ones). I have changed my own oil every 5,000 kms, rotated tires each fall, ... I have never been to the dealer for service or warranty work at all (oops- they did do the lowering springs!!)
They couldn't do anything about that NUT loose behind the steering wheel?

Time will run out on my 2001 PT. Only drive her in the summer months and average about 7500 miles a year. Only been back to the dealer for the recall items and a couple of free oil changes.

44 days to go, 14,000k's to go. By the time we get home from our trip we'll have 13 days and about 5000k's left for them to finally fix the power steering problem, replace the rear carpet due to warping and any other little niggles I can come up with!

My time will run out first. In June 2004 my 36 months will be up and I have 19,100 on my PT now. I just don't get out much.

They said to her, "LET HIM DRIVE".

The extended warranties on our Cruisers will last the full 7 years. We won't be exceeding the mileage.

My wife's exceeded the warranty in less than 1 1/2 years, she now has 48000 miles on her 2002 Touring. She had the gas tank recall and the drivers window regulator replaced under warranty.

Mine will also expire prior to the service date. With a bit more than 1 1/2 years on mine, I have about 26000 miles on it. I got mine two months later than my wife so I got the 7 year 100000 mile powertrain pledge. I just had the gas tank recall done yesterday and that is the only time I've been back to the dealer for service.
