Yes
Easy...two brackets.
Flush...fits perfectly.
Problem with trying to fit Airraid intake. No other problems so far but I havent installed much under the hood yet

Lot of custom fab work and it will be sweet. But I know others have done it with otehr hoods...dunno about his one tho.

Had to fit my Airaid with my dual scoop hood too. Had to cut some of the top of the box off and then put the rubber strip back on to seal it up. Not really a big deal, I would think. Kat should go for the hood.
